DENISE HODKINSON
Denise Hodkinson has worked with Giovanni and GCM Homes since 2015. Initially, she worked with the
team to stage much of GCM’s portfolio of luxury listings in Hoboken and Jersey City. Today, she is a
lead buyers agent with the team. As a mother of 3, who has lived in Hoboken and Weehawken, Denise
has been a resident of Hudson County since 1997. She truly understands the community, is entrenched
in it and knows how to navigate it as only an insider can. She knows what buyers want and where they
can find it. Denise began her real estate career in 2003. She is keenly focused on transaction management and negotiation skill. The client experience is her primary focus and a seamlessly executed client experience for each transaction is what she is committed to. As a licensed realtor in Hudson County for 17 years, Denise brings a unique skill set to the GCM Homes team and works with buyers and investors to purchase primary residences and investment properties.
